Globaltouch West Africa Ltd has signed an agreement with Globalstar Inc to offer Globalstar satellite voice and data services to customers in Nigeria, the surrounding portions of Western Africa, as well as parts of the coastal Atlantic and Gulf of Guinea maritime region.
